If you have purchased a sponsorship that includes an ad, or have purchased a half or a quarter page ad,  please use the form at right to upload your ad, and send to us.

Your ad should be:

* In PDF format [if ad is provided in another format, it will be returned via email]

* The proper size [see sizes below],

* Of high resolution print quality

* Less than 6 MB in size

Note:  We do not offer editing services for ads.  Ads must be received in their
proper size and in PDF format.

Upload Deadline:
All ads must be uploaded on or before Friday, April 19, 2019.  Note:  Ads received after this date will be unable to appear in the Program Book.

Full Page [for certain sponsorships only] 6″ W x 7.75″ H

Half Page: 6″ W x 3.75″H

Quarter Page: 2.75″ W x 3.75″ H
